Maison Heritage - Taste of the Year 2013

For the third consecutive year, French consumers have recognized the quality of Maison Héritage products, contributing to the excellence and knowhow of French bakery.

The tasting quality of Maison Héritage croissants has thus been approved and recognized as Taste of the Year 2013 in the category of Bakery / Pastry.

The Taste of the Year awards reward every year the best products thanks to a special test conducted by a jury of consumers, who evaluate the appearance, the smell, the texture and the taste during a laboratory tasting session.

The sensory evaluation of products that was conducted according to more than 35 criteria, has honored the noble ingredients of the French territory, which assure the unique quality of the Maison Héritage croissants of Délifrance: the French wheat flour, the Brittany butter and the Red Label eggs.

The Maison Héritage croissants range has been created by recipes that do not include artificial colorants, flavorings nor hydrogenated fats.
