The jury, composed by specialist professionals of the food service sector not taking part in the exhibition, by representatives of official organizations and special journalists, has awarded the prizes in order to reward the innovations of each candidate. Délifrance was distinguished due to the originality of Crois’sandwich, chosen between more than 300 products.

The Crois’sandwich: a new product to create easily sophisticated sandwiches. Produced in France, this novelty is distinguished by its soft and crispy texture due to a unique recipe based on puff pastry, which offers an alternative to bread. The Crois’sandwich adopts the properties of both a Viennese bread and a crunchy croissant.

Made with wholemeal wheat flour, different types of seeds (linseed, poppy and sunflower) and decorated with grains (linseeds, sunflower seeds and oat flakes), the Crois’sandwich is distinguished by its aesthetic aspect. It permits the creation of sophisticated sandwiches with noble ingredients.
